Exceeded our expectations beginning to end! Excellent, a job well done!e!

After nearly 40 years living in an EG community, being retired we decided to downsize our 4 bedroom, 2 floor Colonial home. We planned a move into a nearby condominium community that's 55+, with single floor living. After a review of options we decided to go with Coldwell Banker in EG, the team of Steven Miller and Tony Verdi. Our early discussions confirmed that we had a solid, experienced team representing us. We won the bid for a perfect Condominium, even though we had a house sale contingency and were competing against a cash bid offer. We learned later that the sellers agent wasn't concerned about our contingency as we were being represented by Steve and Tony to sell our home. And indeed they did, in record time!! With their extensive contacts throughout the New England realtor grapevine, a couple up near Boston, an hour away pre-empted our open house being planned a few days later. They quickly toured our home, and offered a compelling offer which met our top end sales target. Plans for the Open House were canceled.... yea! SOLD!!!
