We were buying from out of state, and Steve made the process as painless as possible for us, finding and visiting multiple properties for us and sending us video footage he took before we finally settled on a few to fly out and see in person. He had great recommendations, too, for contractors, cleaners, attorneys, etc, since we did not know anyone local. And when we needed to fly in to close on the house but weather delayed us, he jumped in to figure out a plan and make sure closing will happened that day. Plus, he’s just a nice guy!
