Exceeded expectations... a job well done!!

After nearly 40 years living in an EG community, we decided to downsize our 4 bedroom, 2 floor Colonial home. We planned a move into a nearby condominium community that's 55+, with single floor living. After a review of options we decided to go with Coldwell Banker in EG, the team of Steven Miller and Tony Verdi. Our early discussions confirmed that we had a solid, experienced team representing us. We won the bid for a perfect Condominium, even though we had a house sale contingency and were competing against a cash bid offer.
