We also had the added, very unexpected burden of dealing with serious storm damage to our property from a distance of several thousand miles, during said pandemic. Steve and his team REALLY stepped up on this point, meeting adjusters and contractors at the property and generally relieving us of an enormous burden during an already immensely stressful time.
