Steve helped us sell our home and a condo that we owned in Santee, California. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very communicative. He explained all the processes and helped us navigate sometimes confusing paperwork. He ran the comparable and helped us determine prices that would enable us to sell our properties with the least amount of hassles in a very timely manner. Our condo was in a gated community and the Homeowners Association required him to be present for all showings, so it was very time consuming for him, but he cheerfully got it done. Everything was accomplished to our extreme satisfaction. We would and will recommend him to everyone we can.

This was the third time I've used Steve for a house purchase or sale because he does a thorough job, isn't pushy, and always helps to get the deal closed. I was selling my house remotely, which created some logistical problems. When my mail wasn't being forwarded, Steve picked it up for me. When I needed to complete repairs during escrow and tent for termites, Steve met with the workers to give them access to the house. He communicated regularly with me and all parties involved (buyer, escrow, title, etc.) and kept me on track and aware of all progress or issues. I wish I could transport Steve to my new location so I could use him if I need to buy or sell any property in the future!

Steve is wonderful! When my sister and I decided to sell our childhood home, Steve was the perfect Realtor for us! He knew the process would be difficult for us emotionally, so he took the time to talk us through everything, was extremely patient and made use we were comfortable every step of the way. He was a great communicator and kept us in the loop throughout the process, from preparing the house to sell, listing, inspections, offers and closing.
