Steve is an awesome guy. He listens to everything you want from a house and delivers just that. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects from construction, tax implications, has all the information about the area you are looking to buy in and treats you like family. Made us feel very comfortable, does not pressure you and gives you direction to make an informative decision. Best real estate agent we ever worked with. I have already forwarded his info to two friend of mine who are looking to buy a house.
