Wanted to take a few minutes and express our sincere appreciation for a truly excellent realtor, Steven Lowery, at Redpoint Real Estate, LLC. We were home buyers from one state (VA), looking to purchase a home in another state (NC) and needed much advice on the many potential locations and neighborhoods which we were not familiar with. This adventure was made even more challenging as we did not have the many local connections for financing, inspection, contractor work, appraisal, law offices, and all the many essential "network partners" required in our new destination. We initially found Steve when inquiring about a particular property in his area, and immediately knew we had found the right man for the job with his genuine personal interest , warmth, and real estate knowledge. We had many criteria that were important to us, and our search eventually spread to a few wide-ranging places in the state, several located outside Steve's usual operating area, all of which he accomodated with ease. We were as committed to staying with Steve and he was with us, and really forged an excellent partnership that truly was a great experience. He went above and beyond assisting me in finding someone to clean up the property and walked me through each step of the sale. Let’s start by saying that my wife and I moved from VT to NC with no intention of buying a house right off. But with troubles finding a place to rent that accepted our pitbull, we started the search on Zillow. After a week of frustration and only 3 weeks left at our Long term rental , we decided to schedule an appointment through Zillow to look at a fixer upper. Luck for us Zillow hooked us up with Steven!! We met at this dump of a fixer upper. Steven pushed us away from that place??. He then brought us to what ended up being our future home! It was perfect for us. Steven was there to answer any stupid questions I had at anytime. Couldn’t have picked a better realtor if I actually picked him myself. I feel not did I only find a perfect realtor I feel I found a friend! Highly recommend Steven to everyone and when my friends start following me to NC, Steven WILL be their realtor!!!
