We were home buyers from one state (VA), looking to purchase a home in another state (NC) and needed much advice on the many potential locations and neighborhoods which we were not familiar with. This adventure was made even more challenging as we did not have the many local connections for financing, inspection, contractor work, appraisal, law offices, and all the many essential "network partners" required in our new destination. We initially found Steve when inquiring about a particular property in his area, and immediately knew we had found the right man for the job with his genuine personal interest , warmth, and real estate knowledge. We had many criteria that were important to us, and our search eventually spread to a few wide-ranging places in the state, several located outside Steve's usual operating area, all of which he accomodated with ease. We were as committed to staying with Steve and he was with us, and really forged an excellent partnership that truly was a great experience.
