He was available on a holiday. He spent a lot of time helping me get the property. I knew he had a lot of experience and the owner was going to be difficult. His experience helped to get the house.

He is honest and sometimes you forget your with a realtor trying to sell you a property because he notices things and points them out like a friend would, he never hides them.
