Due to my schedule and being a single mom with restrictions my house hunting took a long time with many houses and a few failed attempts. With this Steven was patient, kind and always a great man to deal with. He brought me knowledge & things to look for. Referrals for inspection, lawyers to construction workers. The help was always there. He was simple to deal with and always a breath of fresh air for my chaotic life. O will never thank him enough for helping make my dream come true for my kids.

Steve not only helped me find my home. He also helped with the selling of the same home 12 years later. I would have used him again if I hadn't moved out of state. Steve was so patient and attentive. Due to our specific needs, it took a while to find our new house. He was always available to show a house in this tight market even though his schedule was booked for the day. He wasn't pushy or in a hurry to sell us the first thing but would point out the good and bad of properties. We always felt he had our best interest in mind. Even after our close, he keeps in touch with lovely gestures like a personally delivered dessert for Thanksgiving, e-cards for special events. He knows his stuff in the NW Chicago area.
