Steve was an absolute pro in helping us find our first home in Des Moines. We moved from Chicago, and had worked with another realtor with no success given the tight DM market and the added hassle of looking for a home long distance. Steve came highly recommended from a friend's South of Grand neighborhood association, and he immediately set to work helping us find an amazing home in the perfect location. We set him a hard task - a pretty specific list of wants in only the neighborhoods that fed into Merrill Middle School, at a particularly low-stock time of year - but he delivered with stunning results. We love our home in Waterbury even more now that we've lived in it for a year. Steve remained a patient yet enthusiastic partner through all the drama, and even made the stress of house hunting from 350 miles away a fun adventure! Even when we thought we'd have to rent, he juggled finding us a decent rental with his ongoing search for our home, so we were never worried that we'd land in Des Moines without a nest. I've recommended Steve to friends and on social media, and am excited to work with him again down the road when we outgrow our lovely home.
