I gave Steve a rather impossible task: sell my home within a month so I could pay for my new home which was under contract. Steve was entirely up to the task and sprang to action to help me. His knowledge and expertise gave me the necessary guidance I needed to make small affordable upgrades to my apartment to make it more appealing during open houses. He was also able to price my apartment in a way that wouldn’t scare off buyers, and yet ultimately led to a bidding war which netted me well over asking price. In my franticness, Steve was calm and optimistic. Steve’s communication with me throughout the sale was exceptional and I was beyond satisfied with both the process and the end result. Not to mention that Steve is a wonderful person and it was a pleasure spending time with him. 10/10 would recommend!
