I cannot state how strongly I recommend this honest, hard-working guy to be on your side when you buy or sell a home. We were looking to move 1,700 miles across the country to a market where houses sold in days, sometimes hours. Steve was our "on the ground" eyes and ears, showing us homes via live video tours he would shoot and share with us in real time. Steve always gave us the + and - of each home and was honest with his opinion, even helping steer us clear of areas he knew too be congested, loud, or far from what and where we wanted to be. When we finally found the right house, he helped us get it within our budget - and with a few needed repairs paid for by the sellers. After the purchase, Steve was still our primary connection to our new home until, and after, we made the purchase.
