Our home sale took approximately 60 days and in those 60 days, I believe Steven worked his tail off to get the property sold. We could not have asked for a better experience. The market changed a bit as it became a buyers market, but Steven helped us navigate through it. Even though my wife and I knew he had multiple customers, when we spoke with him, we felt we were his only customer. He was available virtually all the time returning phone calls, text messages and email quickly and professionally. Finally, to the person. We worked with Steve more than 2 years as the prices continued to go up.We finally found a house we agreed on in May of 2023 and closed in July 23. Mr. Fondacaro checked on the house regularly for us pool water level the house in general etc, even to the point where he went to Home Depot to buy 3 new smoke detectors and had them installed for us. he also had 25 or 30 pavers around the pool that had dropped down (normal I am told) he paid for this and we reimbursed him. We went down to the house 3 times from July 23 to Jan 24 only to find that my illness had continued to get worse, so we decided the only answer was to sell the house. I have to say Steve was even more helpful taking all the equipment back to Xfinity and so many other thing that I do not believe fall in the job description of Real Estate agent but he did them. HE IS THE BEST AGENT WE HAVE EVER MET AFTER BUYING AND SELLING 9 HOUSES OVER OUR LIFETIME.
