About Steven

Hello and thank you for considering me for helping you with your real estate needs. I've always had a passion for real estate and have seen a lot throughout my 10+ years in the industry. I started selling real estate right before the recession of 2008. Contrary to what you might think, my timing was impeccable. This was a very difficult time for almost everyone, especially those trying to sell a home. During this time I learned that a home is usually a person's most valuable asset & no one likes the thought of losing it. I've learned that most people want/need the help and guidance of a true professional, which has always been my goal- to be that professional you're seeking. I currently have several rentals and have flipped numerous homes throughout the years. I believe this experience is beneficial to you because I've personally been in your buying/selling "shoes" several times. I will use this experience to negotiate the best deal for you & to keep the process as smooth and stress free as possible. In 2015 I decided it was time to open my own real estate company. The choice to go with RE/MAX was an easy one. Since that time I have made it my goal to only hire REALTORS that care more about helping people than making a commission. It has always been my goal to put the customer first and do whatever it takes to make their dreams come. I can promise you that we will put you and your needs first! I am confident that this principal is what keep's us as Putnam County's #1 Real Estate Office. A little personal info: I have a wonderful wife named Rachelle. She is a school teacher & varsity coach and loves what she does. We have 3 children that are pretty good most of the time, lol. I love to fish, golf, play basketball & help coach sports in my free time. I truly cherish my family and the time we spend together & I hope that I can help you & your family in buying/selling your next property!
