Great Experience

I worked with Steven for over a year looking for a place in Woodland Hills. I made several offers before the right house came along. Steven is very knowledgeable about the local market and was always proactive about helping me find a property that suited my needs and my price range. Once the offer was made, he was very helpful in finding local inspectors and negotiating credits for the close. I would highly recommend him and would work with him myself if I were to explore the market again.
