Steve helped me sell my mothers home in Westlake. He helped guide me through the process and brought me various resources to trim trees, remodel and paint, fix a jacuzzi, etc. He also helped us clear the contents and sell, donate, trash what we didn’t keep. And the staging services he arranged were important too. We sold her home in several months during the beginning of COVID for a fair price. I’m grateful we found Steve and he will be my real estate advisor for life.

Steven is very knowledgeable about the local market and was always proactive about helping me find a property that suited my needs and my price range. Once the offer was made, he was very helpful in finding local inspectors and negotiating credits for the close.
