I contacted Steve after being I satisfied with numerous other agents. Months went by, and I dealt with a laundry list of frustrating agents. Ranging from dishonesty to agents taking advantage of us because we were inexperienced. I especially can't stand it when an agent makes up an answer when they don't know the answer. Then I met Steve and set up a meeting. My wife was tired and unwilling to trust anyone at this point. After the meeting, we were both in absolute agreement. Steve was our guy. He was honest and to the point. He listened and educated us on things we didn't know. Most importantly, when he didn't know something, he didn't bullsh*t us with made up incorrect nonsense. He would say directly "I don't know. I'll find out and get back to you" and he did. On top of that, he fought for what we wanted like a hawk. I couldn't recommend him more if you're buying or selling a home. He stays on top of everything. I'm the kind of person that puts things off to the last minute. He made sure I was on point at all times.
