Steve helped us look at a number of homes in North Georgia. He was a great help in tracking down information and facilitating all the communications between us and the seller's agent needed to close the deal.

Steve helped us with our first home purchase. Actually, helped is an understatement. Steve went above and beyond for us in every way we could have imagined. We probably looked at 25 homes together until we found the perfect one for us. Steve not only was helpful during the home searching process, but encouraged us to take as much time as we needed and always said when we find the right one we will know. Steve genuinely cared that we found the right home for us, and wanted to build a relationship with us for our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th houses in the future. Steve cared so much that we found a great home that he would even show us reasons why we might not want to buy a home (one of the things that made us sign on with him in the beginning was his clear expertise in homes and things such as ease of maintenance, current styles, etc. - he has been doing this for over 15 years). Steve is not only an incredible real estate agent, but an incredible person. He is incredibly responsive and would always find time to call/text/email us back as soon as he could if he couldn't take a call (such as he was currently doing a showing). Steve was also very patient with us in explaining all of the processes and confusing things that go into buying a home. We had no surprises with Steve. I could go on about the other things Steve helped with us, but know this, you can not go wrong in choosing Steve as a real estate agent. If we could give him 6 stars, we would. 10/10 recommend!

Steve provided a professional, friendly, and honest home-buying experience for us! We had to purchase a home out of state and we felt 100% comfortable with Steve seeing the homes and letting us know his thoughts; we trusted him completely. He was always honest with us but also left room for our own opinions. He took the anxiety out of buying a home from a different state and we are SO thankful for that. Steve's negotiation skills and knowledge of the market were impressive and put our minds at ease when it came time to put in an offer. This was the least stressful process we've experienced and we have Steve to thank for that!

Steve was awesome!! Very thorough in his market research, actually saved us from over buying. Definitely not driving by large commissions, he truly puts his customer 1st! Saved us over 10 grand! The man is worth his weight in gold!!
