Steven Aslanian

Steve was introduced to me by a mutual friend. The friend raved about what a good job Steve did selling the friends home. In ‘19 I met Steve & we were trying to figure out a way to fix up repairs and make a profit. COVID rolls around & we continue fixing necessities and somehow someway it was exactly the right time to sell! When the other models started to sell in my neighborhood Steve finally got me to pull the trigger & Boom, sold that house at an all record high price! I was & am shocked. Steve came through for me! It was tough, there were fights & miss communication. All stemming from my fear of not knowing what was next. Steve held on like a champ and allowed me to get it together each time… that says a lot. I very much respect this guy.
