Took advantage of Steve's flat-rate MLS service. Process was seamless. Steve & Jennifer were very responsive to the few questions I had. Hard to tell how much interest was generated from MLS listing vs. other, but we were pleased with the activity... once it picked up after the freeze! Sold in <6 months, but would have renewed!
