After much research and deliberation on the various flat-fee MLS services available, we decided to purchase Steve's full service listing bundle back at the beginning of March. We were initially worried about being able to attract interested buyers due to the unique nature of our home/property, but - thanks in large part to Steve and Jennifer's help and advice - we ended up receiving multiple offers by end of the month! It's now May and our home is officially sold. Hiring Steve was definitely one of the best decisions we made in the whole home selling process.
