I started working with Steve about ten years ago, after my brother referred me to him. As a school teacher, I was very selective about purchasing a home and Steve was so patient with me. He was honest and would tell me when a listing was not in my best interest (HOA issues, litigation, etc.). Additionally, he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Steve has a lot of knowledge and experience and that is what we needed since our home was in a neighborhood that wasn’t very desirable.
