Steve Thoele

I started working with Steve about ten years ago, after my brother referred me to him. As a school teacher, I was very selective about purchasing a home and Steve was so patient with me. He was honest and would tell me when a listing was not in my best interest (HOA issues, litigation, etc.). Additionally, he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He was by my side throughout this entire ten year process and I am so thankful for that! I trusted him and his advice. It has paid off and now I am in a home that I LOVE. In this current climate, that is something I am thankful for each day. Additionally, Steve has worked with my family and has helped my brother and my parents in multiple purchases and sales. He is reliable, trustworthy, and looks out for his client's best interests (not his own). I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Steve Thoele was our listing agent for the sale of our home in Forest Grove. My wife and I are moving out of the area and we needed an experienced and knowledgeable realtor and Mr. Thoele did not disappoint us. Steve has a lot of knowledge and experience and that is what we needed since our home was in a neighborhood that wasn’t very desirable. He gives good advice and is willing to show as many houses as you need to look at even if it’s the same house several times :) You cannot go wrong with Steve as your realtor!
