Steve provided very professional advice up front, discussed all options with us, listened patiently to our questions (more than once), and kept us fairly calm during the whole process. His information was reliable, and he pursued an aggressive market pricing - successfully. He stayed in close contact the whole time. Although difficult (our firsts move in 35 years), we are now off to the next leg of our journey - finding a new home in another City a few hours away.

My husband and I have known Steve for several years. While we live out of State, North Carolina, we traveled to Palos Verdes twice a year for over 20 plus years.
