Steve Shanus was great. He gave insightful advice to prepare our home for sale, and also advised the right timing to get our house on the market. Showing the house as early as possible, even though we were still living in it, proved to be the right decision. We received a surprisingly large number of requests to show (as many as 6 showings in one day). It took less than a week to receive an offer $15k over asking. We couldn't have asked for more.
