Steve and Justin handled both a lot sale and a home purchase. They communicated quite well, worked good strategies for selling the lot and helped tremendously in finalizing the purchase of our new home. They know the Westside well, and helped us to focus on the best areas for us to potentially buy. They provided regular updates during both processes so we always knew the status of things.

Steve has helped us buy and sell properties for over 30 years. Honest, reliable, takes care of things that aren’t his “job,” i.e. painters, handyman stuff, etc. The last transaction was the sale of our burned lot in the Palisades, the same lot he helped us buy to build our wonderful hoe. He knows how and when to negotiate, when to back off a little, when to play hard. He just get s a read of a buyer or seller and helps us decide what to do. Would give him 10 stars if that was an option. Very very fortunate to have known Steve all these years. He has also become a friend who is still looking out for our best interests.

I've worked with Steve several times, but you learn about someone's character when your back is up against the wall. My wife and I, like many others, lost our home in the Palisades Fire. My wife was pregnant at the time and without going into every detail, I was lost, frightened and paralyzed by confusion. Steve, who was also personally suffering from the same tragedy, made it his responsibility to help take care of us. At a time when it made sense to be selfish and put yourself first, Steve carried us on his back. When people were being greedy and opportunistic, trying to profit from other people's perils, Steve was out there everyday helping people from his community. The entire time, he was level headed, sympathetic, and practical. He was thoughtful and took care of everything he could to lighten our mental load. Steve is a man of honor, dignity, and virtue. Because of Steve, we were able to bring our baby girl to a home from the hospital and I am forever grateful to him.

Both Steve and Justin were great on helping me find a home. As a first time buyer they answered all my questions that I had and I never felt pressured and made sure that I was 100% comfortable with the house before purchasing it.
