We were in our new house and then we wanted to sell the house we were living in in Tampa. Sandra gave us excellent advise about timing and house prep. We got full price offers on day one and over asking on day two. As all offers were VA and our roof became an issue as it was approaching the end of its usefull life. Sandra suggested replacing the roof ourselves and we put the cost into the asking price of the house. It sold immediately at full price. Sandy takes very good care of us in all of our real estate dealings. We would NOT use anyone else.
