Example: the house I just purchased had a security system I could not power down. ADT refused to come out and remove the equipment (I prefer a Ring system). I also had trouble removing the seller’s code in the front door lock. The seller was not responsive. After the closing, Sandra researched the 2 systems online and came out to successfully remove the prior codes and powered down the security system so my painters could remove the panel and devices. Steve and Sandra gave a lot of advice to help me get my home in shape to put on the market.
