Steve is the best agent I have worked with. I am an investor and have worked with many agents, but Steve stands out as the most responsive, punctual and best negotiator of them all.

Steve was able to assist me with a short sale when others (including family) would never return my call. He was there throughout the entire process and if it wasn't for him the property may have went into foreclosure. Whenever I didn't understand something, he would explain in a different way to make sure I understood everything. I highly recommend Steve because of his professionalism, communication skills and always making me feel like I was his only client.

I felt he didn't work on my behave during selling of my home. I was extremely surprise of the contract during closing. He really worked for the buyer and not the seller. I learned that he was friends with the buyer.

He is very responsible and would often times get back to us in the same day with showings. Very personable and provided helpful feedback based on our preferences. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will use his services again in the future!!!
