I was living out of state from where the home was located and needed someone who could coordinate all aspects of not only the sale but preparing the house beforehand. It needed paint, carpet, cleaning and other items in order to make it presentable. Steve set me up with a company called Showhomes and between the two of them not only was the house looking like a model when they were done but I sold in less than a week for more than the asking price!
