Sold our home super fast

We weren’t sure if we should wait to sell our home until our new construction was completed, and Steve gave us great advice not only on timing but the things we should do to show well. We sold in a day! Some miscommunications arose during our new construction, where the inclusions advertised didn’t match the builder’s intention, but Steve stayed involved with the resolution and advocated for us.
