A good realtor is worth every dime is what I have learned. It felt fantastic to have someone who was willing to answer any questions and keep me updated on every move being made as it related to the property. Stephen went above and beyond selling our home. After helping us set the price, we had an offer withing days, for the full asking price, with closing just five weeks later.
