Of those 5, 2 have gone to the great RE office in the sky and 1 recently retired in disgust of their realty support company...and the last retired from overwork. It's the nature of the industry, based on consumer lack of knowledge and the ease of which buyers and sellers can be sold nonsense. Proof you say? How many timeshares do people end up buying every year... and later regretting? How about HOA's, POA's, protective covenants that buyers get sold into, uncontrollable property tax increases and lack of insurances due to environmental climate activities. All these little seemingly unimportant issues that become major financial headaches, soon to be realized down the road.

Steve did an outstanding job! Steve was always available and professional. Steve even did multiple video call showings with out of state clients, to ensure all potential buyers had private access to see the property. Five star all around!!!
