We selected Steve to help us sell our condo in Huntersville. We were a bit nervous as sales in our neighborhood had been slow. He took a fresh new approach to our listing that I had not heard of before. On line site with great pictures showing our place to the max, advised on how we could improve the appearance, help open houses, took pictures with a drone to show how close we were to everything. The total presentation was fantastic and he updated us frequently on interest etc. Bottom line, we sold our condo in a month at 99% of asking price. We never could have hoped to do that without Steve's work. He did a great job and we highly recommend him to anyone. He is a class guy to boot!!
