We were in escrow and on a cruise through the Panama canal when we got the call from Steve that the home we were going to purchase was determined to have termites. He also dug deeper and found that our sewer system was actually a cesspool that would require pumping and who knows what. Steve made the call and advised us to walk away and that we would get our earnest money back. Well when we returned home, not only was our earnest money refunded, but Steve had another awesome house for us to look at in The Mesa. We knew when we saw it, it was our forever home.
