I can absolutely recommend Steve as the person to work with to sell your home. We had lived in our home for over 30 years, so our emotional attachment was great, we were also leaving the leaving the state, so our frustration level was running high. Steve was so very professional, knowledgeable, calming and overall reassuring. He presented our house in such a way that we received over our asking price! When our buyers had trouble with their financing and our closing had to be pushed back, Steve's ability to deal with the buyers realtor and our being out of state was unsurpassed. Steve instilled such faith in us that we left the state knowing that the sale would go through without a glitch, without out presence!

Still a stellar 5-star experience. Since I bought my first property with Steve back in 2006, I have always done any of my real-estate business with him. This was my second home that Steve has sold for me. Steve had his strategy dialed in on how to sell and in my opinion, it worked like a charm! Not only did I get me an AMAZING sale price that exceeded all my expectations(12k more), he was just as thorough (if not more) and helped me feel extremely confident during all the phases of my home sale. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Steve, he is truly a seasoned professional in the real estate field. The next house I plan to buy will be out of state really wish I could bring him with me!! Steve is truly the best of the best and we cannot recommend him highly enough! Steve has now helped us with three home purchases and two home sales. We have been thrilled with each one of our homes. Our last home purchase was highly competitive with multiple bidders and several all-cash offers. Steve connected with the seller’s agent and worked with us to draw up a contract that won out over all the other offers (and it was not an all-cash offer). We were beyond thrilled! We trust Steve so much that my parents will be working with him to relocate to the Denver metro area. Steve is reliable, kind, trustworthy, and is a fantastic communicator. If you need someone to get you the house of your dreams or to help sell your home for an excellent price, then he is your guy! His wife, Susan, is an interior decorator and is the sweetest person. She did an incredible job helping us outfit our entire home with custom shades from Hunter Douglas a few years ago. They are such a great team and are wonderful to work with. As if this isn’t enough, they bring our baby boy gifts and were thoughtful enough to drop off a beautiful holiday wreath for the first Christmas in our new home. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with Steve- call him ASAP!!! He is truly the best.
