He gave me great advice on getting my condo ready put on the market. My condo sold for $15,000.00 over the asking price and on the market for 3 days!!!!!! Another great experience with. Still a stellar 5-star experience. Since I bought my first property with Steve back in 2006, I have always done any of my real-estate business with him. This was my second home that Steve has sold for me. Steve had his strategy dialed in on how to sell and in my opinion, it worked like a charm! Not only did I get me an AMAZING sale price that exceeded all my expectations(12k more), he was just as thorough (if not more) and helped me feel extremely confident during all the phases of my home sale. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Steve, he is truly a seasoned professional in the real estate field. Steve was amazing when buying our house and continued to help even after we closed. There was a issue that we weren't getting responses about and Steve stepped in and helped us get answers/responses. Through the whole process of buying our first home, he was there to help and explain everything. No question was too dumb and it didn't matter what time it was, he would respond very quickly.
