Steve Knight

Steve displays great knowledge of real estate markets with a wealth of valuable experience. I believe his knowledge of the raw land real estate niche is unsurpassed in this community. Unlike many real estate agents he is a full time agent that is always available to assist his clients His greatest attribute is his willingness to go above and beyond the typical real estate transaction process. Steve is willing to facilitate all aspects of the relationship that include providing physical assistance and a willingness to lend a hand regarding anything that the client may need. I have been totally comfortable recommending Steve to several friends and without exception they have all commented that, from their perspective, he is nothing less than outstanding in all aspects of his role as a real estate agent. I have utilized Steve's expertise in a number of real estate transactions over the last 5 years. Not only would I call on Steve in the future but he is the only agent I would consider for any real estate purchase with no hesitancy whatsoever.

He wrote a very informative ad to describe the land. There was a lot of interest immediately. His pictures helped to create a lot of interest. He was always ready and quick to show the property. It's because of his willingness and experience handling a difficult property like mine that it sold

Steve is very knowledgeable about the area, also takes into consideration your personal needs to find you the best property options.

Steve worked diligently to get us everything we wanted. He went out of his way to show us the house on a holiday and got our offer written up the same holiday weekend. He was helpful and easy to reach whenever we had a question about the process. He helped us negotiate to a fair price and settled some property issues for us. We closed quickly and without too many hiccups. Glad to work with him.

Steve has always done all of my realestate transactions. Always excellent communication weather I'm buying or selling

Steve was very knowledgeable, he responded to any and all questions that we had. If we needed information, he got it in a timely manner and helped us to make informed decisions about the home. I highly recommend Steve to anyone. We appreciate his professionalism and experience.
