Steve Grubin is awesome to work with. He took time to understand my needs and was very patient and kind. His knowledge of the industry is exemplary, and he took all my questions seriously and answered them satisfactorily. (And if he didn't know the answer, he made sure to find out and get back with me.) All in all, he made a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible and helped to allay some of my fears. Steve also understood and took seriously how sensitive I was about the care and condition of my cats while showing my house. He helped to put my mind at ease during the process. That was very important! Also, he makes it a point to be on time to all appointments. If he ever had to arrive late, he ALWAYS called to let me know and it was always by only just a few minutes, usually because of traffic delays. I would definitely recommend Steve Grubin to anyone needing to sell or buy a house. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and always with a smile on his face and a patient, kind attitude.

Over 4 months he showed me over 160 houses. He was always available, and was very knowledgeable about housing trends and areas. His knowledge and recommendations in evaluating worthwhile viewings, staying in my price range and pressureless approach made it that much less stressful. As a first time home buyer it was easy to get discouraged in a very aggressive market, but Steve's reassurance kept me in the game. I ended up with a home that in three beginning I though was just a dream. I would, and have, recommend him to my closest friends.

I had to sell my dads home because he could no longer live on his own. Steve was fabulous from beginning to end and I was forever impressed at how quickly he responded to me when I had questions. Steve is a fantastic realtor. He was absolutely instrumental in helping us obtain our house. He had us do certain things and make certain moves that proved critical to the negotiation process. He was attentive, patient, involved, responsive, and available when we needed him. I will definitely be using him again when we sell our house or buy another house. He said to me "I am in business for the long term. I run my business in hopes that your daughter will call me for help buying or selling her house". Well, he definitely acted that way. He was there every time we needed him and was not pushy at all. He would give his honest opinion on whether the house was worth buying. If the house was not a good buy, for any reason, he would tell us the reasons to be concerned. When we finally found a good house, he was not shy about saying "buy it" and "here are the reasons why". His feedback was crucial because the buying process is very stressful. We might have missed our house if not for Steve's feedback. Give him a chance and you won't be disappointed. Thanks Steve!!!!

Steve helped us with the purchase of my wife and i's first home and then helped us sell it two years later. From the very beginning to days following the close date Steve has been helpful, honest, and responsive to every need and request thrown at him. It didn't matter what time of day or night we messaged him Steve would always reply in a timely manner. To be perfectly honest we often bombarded Steve with endless questions and at times asked for his own personal opinion regarding decisions we needed to make. As first time home owners the whole process was rather intimidating and overwhelming. By the end of both the purchase and sale of the house we felt more knowledgeable and more at ease thanks to the support and advice provided by Steve. There aren't too many true genuine people out there who put the needs of others over their own. Steve is one them.

My wife and I were very pleased with Steve's expertise and service. Ours was a complicated situation involving relocating to the Denver metro area from out of state on a very tight schedule. Steve worked a lot of late nights and odd hours with us to help us get the right house in spite of time zone differences and business travel. Most importantly, I never had any doubt that Steve was acting as OUR agent. Every action he took made it clear he holds himself to a very high standard of integrity. In the end, Steve helped us get past all the logistical obstacles and into a house we love at a fair price.

Steve did a great job. Most importantly Steve was respectful, he understood my needs, and didn't push his personal agenda to merely get a sale. He was patient and continue to work hard until we found the perfect property. When we found the perfect property he conducted thorough due diligence on all aspects, all the way through closing. After 6 months, and three very awful experiences with less than enthusiastic realtors, we were ready to give up trying to buy our first home when we were randomly referred to Steve by a stranger. The housing market in and around the Denver area is extremely competitive. Finding a nice home, in a decent area within budget, was very tough, but Steve never gave up. He went above and beyond meeting us at a moments notice to look at a property. He never pressured us to make a decision or buy anything out of our price range and that was very important to us, especially after our previous experiences with pushy realtors. One of the best parts about working with Steve was that he is from this area and grew up here so he knows why you would want to live here too. He helped guide us through the process in a way that made us feel secure knowing he did not just see us as a number. He was not in it to make a quick buck, he truly cared that we spent our hard earned money buying the best home we could. In the end we found the right place at the right price and we absolutely could not have done it without him. I have already recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues, and when the time comes to purchase and/or sell again I know who I will be going back to.

Steve was our realtor in the Denver for a recent out of state rental property sale of ours. We were extremely pleased with the responsiveness and service he provided throughout the entire sales process. He was always prompt in replying to requests, made sound logical recommendations, made several visits to the house on a moments notice to check on house cleaning, tree trimming, reports of an open window, house access for repairs etc., and brought us to an acceptable closing. He did an excellent job and we would highly recommend him in the future.
