Steve Grubin is awesome to work with. He took time to understand my needs and was very patient and kind. All in all, he made a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible and helped to allay some of my fears. Steve also understood and took seriously how sensitive I was about the care and condition of my cats while showing my house. He helped to put my mind at ease during the process. That was very important! Also, he makes it a point to be on time to all appointments. If he ever had to arrive late, he ALWAYS called to let me know and it was always by only just a few minutes, usually because of traffic delays.
