Steve Gordon is an experienced, very knowledgeable and friendly realtor who has been recommended to me while searching a house in the Ft. Lauderdale/Boca Raton/ Palm Springs area. While I had already employed 3 different agents to find me my perfect family home, it turned out quickly that Steve was offering many more good options and better house alternatives than the other 3 realtors together. So I decided to award my house search exclusively to Steve. It turned out to be the best decision, as Steve not only selected only qualtity houses but also was able to - due his good connections - to present houses before they even came to the market. It is such an advantage to see a house before everybody else does! Once I had found my preferred house, Steve was able to significantly lower my purchase price and through his great experience was also assuring that the house would be mine. But his service did not end there: Even after the house was signed and bought, Steve took care of assuring that all utilities remained connected and and helped us by looking after our house for the weeks before we would move in. From day one onwards until today, Steve was always recheable and helpful. We can highly recommend Steve Gordon as he has surpassed our expectations and therfore left a lasting impression on us.
