Where can I start. Steve and his wife Merrill are simply the best. If you want someone who protects you throughout the whole process of buying and selling these two will be the ones for you. They always answer your phone calls and always respond via text/email. They are simply amazing people. Super nice. They genuinely care about you and your family. I have family that works in real estate but I would never use them unless Steve said he couldn’t help me anymore. Steve and his wife are both hustlers. They don’t stop. We have purchased a home and sold a home with Steve and his wife/partner Merrill and we're so appreciative of the time they took to make sure our needs were being met, to be on time for meetings, showings, etc. They pay attention to detail, have so much wisdom after doing this for 30 years, and are always honest with you if you ask questions. They truly care for their clients and will show up in a heart beat if there's an issue with anything. They return calls and emails promptly and make you feel like you're their priority. Let me Start by saying Steve is amazing! He's a blessing to my wife and I Honestly. I am so lucky to have met him while working at Bestbuy years ago. Steve is a hustler! He just got my wife and I into a new home in Murrieta California. He was able to get us a loan with only 1% down. Steve always responded to my calls, text messages and emails within minutes. Steve and his wife Merrill are both the best people you will ever work with honestly. Steve is very real, he tells you how it is and walks you through every step holding our hands. He's a good man and he really has our best interest. All Steve cares about is getting us into a place we can afford and making sure we don't lose any money doing it. This was our first home my wife and I have purchased. I will only use Steve Devre going forward for any real estate purchases or sales going forward.
