Steve carefully guided us through the entire process of selling a historic property owned by a nonprofit foundation. Because there were multiple voting trustees involved and I was coordinating the sale from out of state, the transaction required considerable communication and coordination. Although I only met Steve once in person at the property in Pennsylvania, he made the process feel seamless through consistent communication by phone and email. He provided thoughtful recommendations on items that needed attention before listing, including landscaping, repairing a broken water shutoff pipe, restoring the exterior brick and stone walkway, and cleaning up the backyard.
