I have bought 3 different sets of duplexes from Steve at good prices. Mostly all bank owned--he negotiated very well for me. Bought a HUD home also. All of these sales were REO sales which Steve found on the MLS for me then proceeded to write the offers, get accepted and negotiate counters to follow through of the sales. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking for REO, bank owned properties and multi family properties
