When I decided to put my house on the market, I had no knowledge about the real estate market, during this time my husband was offshore and I had to handle everything on my own. I consider Steve as god sent. He had helped me in getting a few minor issues in the house fixed on his own and getting the house ready for sale. He was truly remarkable and worked well beyond what one could expect. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times with great patience. He is an excellent negotiator. I was lucky to find someone so honest and wonderful as Steve who had made my house selling experience so pleasant.
