Steve has been the best realtor I've ever worked with. Inasmuch as Steve is he extremely knowledgeable in the real estate industry, he is also extremely attentive, responsive and caring. He pays exceptional attention to details, he was on top of every issue that poped up in the closing process.. giving the best most needed advice.. he metaphorically held my hand throughout and made the whole process enjoyable even at times when it got stressful, he took the pressure of and led me through.. He was always very supportive and encouraging. He is very easy to contact and would always call back right away. I am now using him to find me a new place and would never use anybody else but Steve.

When I decided to put my house on the market, I had no knowledge about the real estate market, during this time my husband was offshore and I had to handle everything on my own. Steve did a great job selling our rental property. He understands the market and what needed to be done to sell the property. He advised us well on what we needed to do to get the house prepared to attract potential buyers. He kept us abreast of what was going on with the closing and got back to us quickly when we had questions.

As an example he personally showed up to the inspection and the appraisal offering insight into inspection issues for the seller and offering comps and perspective to the appraiser to ensure the highest possible value.
