I feel like most agents just want to sell and get there money as fast as possible. Steve truely wanted to wait until we hit our sales price goal.

In 2006 we purchased a new home and got ready to sell the home that we lived in since moving to West Chester 16 year ago. Steve was the listing agent for our new home and also expertly guided us through the very stressful process of selling our previous home. Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure vs our past experiences with agents. He was always energetic, very thorough and always professional! He quickly and efficiently managed any concern my husband and I had which was a lot (we certainly had our fair share!). We believe he handled both sides of the transaction fairly working in the best interests of both parties. Steve seemed tireless in his efforts to secure the sale of our previous home in a timely manner and his attn to detail was soooo appreciated. On a personal note, in midst of all this activity my father was diagnosed with cancer and passed away in a span of 3 short weeks. Steve did everything in his power to take the burden of selling and buying on his shoulders making it easier for us to deal with more important family matters. We are so grateful for the care and compassion that he showed our family during this time.
