We were faced with variety of challenges in a crazy market. Steve being the advisor he was simply made the process smoother and a successful one which very easily could have turned into disaster. Cant say enough about this guy. Seemed to always be available when I needed him which was a lot and even in the late night hours. Worked a deal i didnt believe was possible. Could not find a home given the inventory, he found one that wasnt even for sale for me.
I was planning to sell FSBO only because of very bad past experiences with agents in past. What a breath of fresh air this was. Not one that speaks of awards etc, he realizes the customer is #1 and was absolutely on top of everything. I was never questioning where we were, was always informed of next steps.
