Sterling is great. She helped us work through many callenges and kept us motivated, well-informed, and realistic about our sale, which ended up taking longer than we had initially expected. She kept a positive attitude through all the twists and turns of the selling process and always had good recommedations for adjustments to our approach during the process. She was communicative and extremely flexible and easy to work with, and she took care of all of the logistical aspects of any upkeep and repairs that needed to be done before, during, and after the sale, which was extremely important for us who were not living in the area. She was also extremely willing to take time to answer our questions and to meet virtually whenever we asked, and was great about coordinating communications across multiple time zones.
